Three have been fined €1,500 by ComReg for the over-stating of subscriber numbers (that was reported a while back). Lots of giggles over the amount being fined, I'm sure, but at least they've used the little powers they had. Is this the first time a fine was ever issued, or are there more?

According to Comreg they have no powers to issue fines....of course that's probably nonsense.
