just came across this on ign http://ie.gear.ign.com/articles/112/1123768p1.html, sounds great and would be interested if it does work but will hold off to see what happens.

I really can't see apple not taking legal action against that. It would cripple sales of the iphone
Although I read somewhere that they applied for a patent for something similar

Curiously, Apple has not issued a statement on the product, nor have they attempted any legal action toward its makers. It remains unknown whether Apple has any legal basis to block the device.

Brilliant idea though, would see an explosion in iPod Touch sales!

It's $119 to pre-order on Peel520.net..

.. so either IGN were incorrect with their price of $60, or they're now taking advantage of the exposure to the product.

Ah, I see...

Until we hear Apple's stance on the product, I can see nationwide retailer's staying clear of it for the time being.
