Hi my wife and i have both got the iphone 4, i previouly had a 3gs, can we use the same itunes account, basicly what the feck do i do.

Yes, you can have a few (5?) machines using the same iTunes account, computers, iPods or iPhones. Just use the same one as you used with your 3GS and any apps you bought will be on the two new iPhones.
