    This place is fantastic!

    http://www.taralodge.com/

Great value, fabulous breakfasts, and a short stroll from the city - you can't go wrong!

Oh they have parking too ... highly recommended.

Have heard Taralodge is amazing alright but have never managed to stay there as its always booked out when I check. Ten Square is a nice boutique hotel behind city hall and is quite nice if you like the gothic look plus they do an amazing breakfast.

Hi guys, cheers for the recommendations, will check them out.

The plan is to stay on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We want to drive up to the Giants causeway on the Saturday. Has anyone done this before? How long does it take to drive from Belfast and is it worth the trip?

the hiltons not bad, i have stayed there a few times, its next to the waterfront hall and a short walk from the city centre

as for giant causeway, yes its worth the trip but not for just that alone, there is loads of stuff to see and do in that area of north antrim, carrick-a-rede rope bridge is a must do, bushmills distillery tour and dunluce castle, beautiful part of the country

Cheers for that rossie1977, sounds like a trip up to Antrim is well worth it.

Been looking at the Tara Lodge, would you guys consider it a Hotel or a B&B, some reviewers on trip advisor refer to it as a b&b!?! We are looking for a hotel.
