iPad versus android

Lads just a quick one has anyone an iPad and an android tablet, is there much difference, what are the restrictions which each... And are ipads really much bette, more polished os I suppose. Also are the 16gb ipads sufficient or would ya be better with the 32gb. Any opinions welcome please

iPad is a device running iOS.
Android is a mobile OS.

So that comparison is apple and oranges. As yet Android does not really have a tablet OS.
