I need Byrne & McCutcheon 'The Irish Legal System' (5th Edition, 2009) for one of my modules, but I've heard that it's €100 to buy new, so I'm just wondering if anybody who took law, or introduction to law last year has this book, doesn't need it anymore and would be willing to sell it to me second hand?

Second in line for a copy if anyone has one!

I am in 2nd year now and don't need it anymore. I have the 2009 edition. In perfect condition basically.

Just get it from the library - we only have Law once a week so you have plenty of time to get it during the week! Or split the cost with 2 or 3 friends and you can just share - for a 2 hour module once a week you wont be needing the book every night!

I didn't realise BESS students used this book too! No wonder they were snapped up for quickly from the library.

If you're just doing intro to law then you definitely don't need to buy that book.
