    Hello All
Has anyone any experience of organising their own cycling holiday abroad? Looking to go into Europe(Spain,France, Italy) possibly next April/May for a 5 -7 day break.

It's probably too late to help you (apologies but I only just joined), but just in case...

I can't speak for Italy and Spain but organising something in France is pretty easy.
If you're nervous you could always take a self-guided option through a tour company so you get their local knowledge and help without having to take a fully escorted option.

The Loire valley and Brittany are both really accessible and cyclist-friendly for independent touring. http://www.cycling-loire.com/ is very helpful.
Or you could pick a green way route like the canal du midi or Nantes-Brest Canal - can't go wrong by following the water!

Visit http://www.vamoscycling.com/. You won't regret it. Quite a few different boardsies have been across at different times.
