Hi guys, my o2 iPhone business contract is up on 30th september so looking at upgrading to the iPhone 4. It's going to cost 200 for the unit on o2, however vodafone are offering us the phone for 30 euro. I'm tempted by the vodafone offer, however I heard o2 have better reception in terms of 3G network, etc. Has anyone an opinion on which is better or what would they recommend? Cheers!

Well to be perfectly honest...STAY AWAY from the "3" network with the iPhone 4....because I had the iP4 on the 3 network for 2 days and like the thread on boards.ie it is a nightmare. Yes they offer the best deals in relation to minutes etc and you can trade in an old iPhone 3G/3Gs but the 3G coverage is seriously flawed.

Vodaphone also do a trade in but the contracts are a little dearer, plus they are looking for a deposit upfront !!!!! (next they be looking for parents to co sign contracts!!! ) This might be different for business contracts.....

I dont think there is too much difference with O2 and Vodaphone TBH.

Cheers for that. Heard that about the 3 network alright. Have 3 mobile broadband and its useless. Getting rid of tomorrow actually! It's vodafode or o2for the iphones - I'd probably prefer to stick with o2 but to go with vodafone would save 340 euro on buying the handsets...
