Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

got new rads about 6 months ago - hadnt used heating upstairs lately - rads werent heating so tried bleeding. the bleeding screws have a square face and turned by a screwdriver rather than a rad key. two didnt want to turn and screw driver sheared them a bit. have sprayed with wd40 but no change. any way of getting them moving avoiding more damage to screw head? have read about drilling out stuck screws would prefer to try and avoid that. is there anything light a radiator key that might fit over them?

    picture attached (i think)

    thanks

You could try a bleed key, small adjustable bacho, snipe (long) nose pliers or you could get hold of a new body as they just screw in to the rad.

cheers gary, dug out an old rad key which did job with a little struggle - my other one wouldn't fit - released a nice amount of air :)
