Recommend a router

    hey folks

    Im in the market for a new top notch router

    My current one is a Eircom Zyxel router which isnt the best (being kind)
    I just want a top notch Wireless router that's easy to open the Nat on

    If you're on Eircom you're going to need an ADSL modem at some point.

    I used a Netgear DGN2000 for a while and id recommend it.

    I used XBL and surfing, streaming etc no problem.


    Generally speaking..Netgear and Linkysys seem to be the popular choice.

    Would either of those have decent QoS?.

    I'm sick of the iMac toys downstrairs gobbling up my precious WOW bandwidth and latency........

    Any decent router these days would have QoS. Think the dgn2000 has it but to be honest I didn't use it cause I only used the router for 1 wk then I got UPC cable and the adsl router was no good to me.

    I now have a netgear wndr3700 and that has fairly decent qos.
