Quick one her for the experts ......... fella I know recently purchased the above but can't figure out what button (Location) is for folding the wing mirrors in and he didn't get the owners manual with the car.

Anyone know what the trick is with these Merc's ?

If you have the folding mirror feature there will be three buttons on the sides of the directional mirror button (the circle). Two on the left that select the left or right mirror and one on the right that controls the folding function. If you do not have folding mirrors, there are only two buttons, one left and one right for selecting left and right mirror.

As hissing sid says above, check for 2 or 3 button at the mirror controller.
Its an E200 which is pretty much bottom of the pile and so it is unlikely to have all the toys

Mustn't have it so. As the smart arse suggested he's gonna have to get his ass outta the car and use the old reliable.

    Do they even fold?

Seem to remember trying to get an E Class through a set of doors for a display, and having great trouble as the mirrors wouldn't fold.

Don't force them too much if they don't go easily.

    They fold.

If the car was originally Irish then there's very slim chance it has power folding mirrors. Its an optional extra here and very few cars are specified with it.

In the UK its pretty much standard spec, except on the most basic classic trim E class.
