Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just last week got the boiler serviced so not it's in tip-top shape. Expecting again and lasttime spent about 600 on oil, has to be done seemingly with a small person about. Just wondering am I better leaving the heat on pretty much constantly on a lower temperature or every second hour on a higher temperature to save oil? Thanks

All boilers use the most energy on a startup.
Avoiding it going cold all the time is the best option ,provided of course there is someone in the house.

Your houses insulation and heatloss will determine how low you can have the boiler on
