    In the top left of the screen click on "User CP". On the left of the screen that opens click on "Edit Your Details", it's the first option on the list. Scroll down the screen until you get to Additional Information, the location box is the 4th one down. Set your location, scroll to the end of the screen, click on Save Changes and you're done.
