Where to go, what to do?

Hi, we're getting married in April next and don't know where to book for honeymoon. I'm a coeliac so a little worried about food on the trip. We plan to go away for 10 days, hopefully to somewhere with good weather. Dominican rep and carribean cruise have been suggested but neither got us too excited. We were thinking maybe the united states, but where?

Open to all suggestions, hopefully someone can help!

I really don't think this will be a problem. It's not exactly a completely restrictive diet now is it.

    How about Florida?

I'm not coeliac but I am wheat intolerant so some countries are better than others for food. I found Thailand and Laos to be the best. They use very little gluten, only use rice noodles for soups and stir fries. I think they use rice paper for spring rolls. Weather should be good in April.

Thanks, the food in Thialand sounds great. I've been on too many trips to foreign countries where the restaurants only want to serve you plain meat and potatoes if you're coeliac!

Agree, being a coeliac can be quite restrictive depending on the country

We're looking at south africa and mauritius for ours and both have been fine with me being a coeliac
