    Hi everyone,

I have a problem thats getting me really down. Whenever I'm in a big crowd or meeting people for the first time, I sweat like crazy. Its making me really self concious and is affecting my ability to approach people.

Anyone out there have a similar problem?Or have they been able to beat it?

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

    wow, it sounds pretty good.

But my problem is with facial sweating. I'm presuming you can't exactly roll it onto your face/forehead. Any products that can treat that?

    Self confidence...

i know it sounds silly and you'll break your back doing it but use all your back bone, make the effort and get comfy in situations where you nromally aren't .

it wont work all the time but people who notice that your going out of your way to be nice polite etc will respect you - forgetting whatever you feel is holding you back...

p.s... could be worse.. i get Real bad Gas when im nearvous... but thats a Whole different thread completely
