Hydrochloric acid in Dublin

Today on the bus I saw an old man with a large (about 3L) container that said "Hydrochloric acid" on it. It was wrapped in a second plastic bag so I assume it was concentrated. I'm a bit pissed off I didn't get a chance to ask him where he got it. What he had was clearly pure concentrated HCl solution. Where can you get…
