Hi, I've been watching my Rhubarb plant for the last couple of weeks and now seems to be the best time to harvest it, so I'm looking for some suggestions on a nice rhubarb jam. I would have said earlier in the season would have been best to make rhubarb jam. It can be a little too tart this time of year so plenty of sugar needed. Rhubarb and ginger do is a great combination.
