Can I get my tax back now?

i have been working all summer and have payed about €200 in income levy due to exceeding €289 most weeks. As I'm back in college, I will only be earning about €100 per week so won't be hitting the threshold. Do i have to wait until the end of the year to get the income levy back or can i get it back now?
