There are hills just to the East of Milford which would make Holywell Hill reception a problem in the town itself. In an elevated, out of town location you may have a better chance.

Much of Milford is stuck in a valley and the only hope of reception would be from Letterkenny relay I think. You'd have to pick up some sort of TV3 signal to have half a chance.
