Question re Organ Donation

    Hi there.

I was watching a tv show recently Nip/Tuck.

The main character Christian Troy has had a large number of sexual partners throughout his life and is highly sexual promiscuous.

One of his work colleagues needs a kidney donation and Christian goes to be tested to see if he's a match.

However after being tested the doctor tells him that his blood tested positive for an antibody that is present in people who have a large number of sexual partners and because of that he can not donate his kidney.

My question is is this factually correct?

Does such an antibody present in people with a history of high numbers of sexual partners? and if so does it prevent them from being organ donors?

Not unless they've had unprotected sex and have picked up an STI. There is no antibody test to check how many sexual partners you have had.
