I honestly didn't know how too title this thread Im still in shock for it after I found out today.

Bought This Fake 8 Gig Sony Memory Stick on Focalprice.

Now bought it a few months ago and I honestly hate returning stuff like this too these sites cause its so much hassle.

So they gave me a address to send it back
and I posted it back too them by Reg Post.
    Manli Li
    6/F,Building No.3,ZhongHe Industrial Park
    ShaHe Road,NanShan District
    ShenZhen,GuangDong,
    518102
    China

And today on the an post website it says that the Item is being Returned too sender ?

I honestly have never came across such a problem like this while buying off the internet in all my years.

Can anyone on boards shed some light on this....

It can be difficult to send electronic stuff to China, lots of customs trouble. I sent a simple electronic switch before to a colleague and it was stopped. We usually use couriers but this was not very important so I chanced it.

I would contact focal price and tell them, they might just refund you. I know dealextreme just ask for a photo of the faulty item and give you a refund or send another.

eBay won't do anything if it's being a few months.

You will not get any luck with ebay, or paypal with that as you are outside their 45 day timeframes.

Most Credit Card companies allow a max of 6 months for chargebacks so I dont see this being resolved in your favour unless the company do elect to refund off their own bat

ah really main reason was a left it for so long is because there customer service reply system is a message back ever 4 days and that's why I left it so long.

Is there anyway around the customer service thing.

Ive ordered of deal extreme for years and only ever had one problem with them.

Ordered 3 times of focal and had 2 problems.

4 days is not a lot compared to waiting a year and a half. There's nothing you can do now, even if you were dealing within the EU you'd have a hard time getting anywhere (though not impossible). Just drop it, because you've left it far too long.
