Has anyone noticed that the lights on the above jct (past the slievemore jct), when turning left on the n11 towards town you get a green filter light. However traffic from priory drive also gets a green. I think the filter light should be an orange flashing. Anyone notice this or is it just me? I have observed quite a few near misses!

Absolutely. I suspect it might have its origin in the bus lane here, but it is dangerous and it is typical of local authority management that they have actually changed the lights to the new Alustars and replicated this dangerous arrangement. Who does one talk to about it?

It's been that way for years. 20+ at least.

Not any more :). Somebody must of been reading this topic, because the said lights have now an orange flashing arrow installed!

Good stuff. As Boards is obviously powerful then let's discuss other things that need doing in DLR!
A left arrow on the traffic light facing South Ave would be nice, for the benefit of plonkers who drive up too far to see the arrow on the light on the left.

Perhaps when they complete the improvements on that road they will upgrade the lights. Slowly but surely!
