Funny , I noticed that increase in number of them also. People are a bit like sheep , a while ago it was a thing to have one, now it's the time to cash in. Yuppie classic owners !!!!:p:p

A lot of those cars have been on sale for a long time, and a lot are in bits. There's very little demand at the moment, it took me a long time to sell mine and I got a lot less then I would have in 2007. Mind, you could say the same about pretty much any classic, 'yuppie' or not.

About the porsche, it is also this end of the season so people might try to sell after the summer.

I was talking to a classic dealer in the UK very recently and alot of the classics for sale at Goodwood failed to sell or meet the reserve so its
not an exclusively Irish problem at the moment

Just had a quick look, and none of them really jumped out at me.

;) not in the photogrpahs, but it is definitely on Irish reg: here it takes prime spot on the Porsche Club of Ireland stand @ Terenure this year...

I sourced and imported this car 4 years ago for the current Irish owner, and he has now asked me to sell it on his behalf. I used the photographs I shot myself just before the car was put on transport to Ireland, while awaiting more recent shots, but the car still looks exactly as good as 4 years ago, as the owner has spared no expense to keep the car in tip-top shape over the years.

fantastic car none the less 911's went downhill after that, well the 993 was also a superb car. It all irrelevant to me anyhow way out of my price range!!!!!!

I have owned my 911 (997) for a year now and it never missed a beat or cost me that much to run. Great time to be in the market for one.

I too love 911's....and will also get one after I get a house and garage!

Nice 911 below .....however it never ceases to amaze me how people spend good money on a lovely classic...and then fit shabby number plates?!

The plates on 'ZV 8010' look 100 times better...and more 'age appropriate' for a classic!
