    Hey,

I have an extremely painful Pilonidal Sinus at the minute and I don't know what to do!
It only got really bad in the last couple of hours, since lunchtime. I have had mild one's previously (if you can call them that!) but not as bad as this.

Anyway I was wondering where should I go, my Doctors is closed until Monday and I don't particularily fancy sitting (or trying to sit) in St. James until tomorrow afternoon....Should I just wait until Monday??

    Thanks...

IF you are in that much pain, and you cannot get access to a GP then you really should go to A&E!
