Flight delayed 5 hours...refund/change dates?

Im in dublin airport at the moment and I was supposed to fly to bristol today at 17.20, the flight is delayed til at least 22.00. It is not worth my while going over now as I planned was only going for 2 nights and I was supposed to be heading out both nights. Does anyone know if Im entitled to a refund or entitled to…

If the airline is responsible for the delay then you should be able to, but they won't reimburse you for any costs at your destination.
