Have had that message for three days now, and been on to them countless times. Went through that whole rubbish of turning on and off and them "sending a signal through now" a few times too.

Anyway their....I don't even know what they call it, some department of theirs anyway...were supposed to get in touch with me to troubleshoot the problem further. And in fairness I have missed a call from them twice now, but of course they only try ringing the once and leave it for a another day to ring again. I'm not even sure what it is this special department is going to do other than end up sending out a technician.

I don't mind doing without the TV for a few days, i just don't like being charged for it. Has anyone had any luck getting anything out of them in a situation like this?

Do you have a splitter on your box to split to broadband as well? If so make sure its cabled up properly; I had this problem and it turned out the input was in the wrong port on the splitter so I wasnt getting all the channels.
