    Hi,
    We are decorating our house and are looking to purchase a quantity of internal paints. We are getting quotes from Pat McDonnell paints in Briarhill but was wondering if anyone else knew a good supplier.

    Thanks in advance.

    Galway -> Interior Dec forum

    Even though snubbleste is a bit blunt he's right in the sense that it's easiest for you to locate the various suppliers around town in the golden pages and simply call out and have a look and a chat with them. Maybe you can get a good deal if you call over in person.

    Did you google? http://www.google.ie/search?hl=en&q=paint+galway

    Thanks Biko. Obviously my attempt at searching for existing posts on 'Paint Galway' failed miserably. McDonaghs is close to me so will give them a shot.

    thanks for the info.

    the crown centre in limerick are fairly cheap,if your buying a good quantity you may persuade them to deliver.

    try higgins in shantalla, they're local and reasonable and would be much more inclined to give you a good deal on a big sale than larger companies that have set prices

    B&Q are a rip off IMO

    Check out the above - particulary if you work in one of their affiliiated companies. My hubbie works in Transitions and they get a significant discount there!

    avoid higgins/b&q at all costs
    /mc donaghs not great
    depending on how much you want to buy your better off going somewhere like paint rite or pat mcdonells.imo.for a more personal touch
