eflow credit card problem

    Just got an email from eflow telling me there's a problem with my credit card payment and threatening suspension of my account.
    It's not spam because I confirmed with their call centre. As there's thousands in my account it's not lack of funds.
    They don't get details from my CC company about the reason for refusal.

    Anyone had similar problems?

    I work in a bank, PM the card details and I will check them for you



    No seriously I paid yesterday with no problems

    I had issues as well but it was my fault, my credit card expired, the bank issued me with a new card and I forgot to update the details. Did that, all is good now!

    They probably don't get the exact reason for the refusal of the transaction, just a general decline. Give your card issuer a call - they should be able to see the declined transaction and tell you why.
