    Hay all.

    I know this picture has nothing to do with extreme sports but im sure many of you have come across what im looking for.The buckles or clasps on the sling,what the **** are they its driving me mad,if i cant find them what else could i use that's not a carabiner?

    did you really find out what its called? cause i can find out for you in about ten minutes as they are part of a rig i own so i just have to ask

    Ya i found out from a very helpful lady over in the sailing forum.There called snap shackles and they use them for connecting themselves to the safety lines while sailing.
