Most romantic wedding venue in Ireland

I think we've found it! Never heard of it before but as my fiancée and I are getting married around the northeast Munster region we went looking for a venue by the sea. We both love the sea.

Bayview Hotel, Ballycotton. None of the images that I could find online do it justice. We were there the other night looking over at Ballycotton Island and its amazing lighthouse lighting up the sea, with the fishing port of Ballycotton just down below the cliff of Ballycotton underneath the hotel - the hotel is 74 steps down to the sea, and has a really lovely garden in its front next to the sea. We've never seen a more perfect place.

HOWEVER, it only holds 106 people for a wedding. We have, so far, 180 people on our invite list. It doesn't look like it's a runner because of that but it is the only venue in Ireland that I've seen that makes me think an Irish wedding would be more romantic than one in Italy.

The other venues around Waterford/northeast Cork - Minella, Raheen House, Park Hotel, Waterford Castle and so on are all insufficient in various respects. Ballycotton has everything except the capacity to hold us.

Have you any other venues which might make a good addition to a list of Ireland's most romantic wedding venues?

The cliff house hotel in Ardmore is beautiful or what about the garryvoe hotel whihc is just around the corner from Bayview hotel and looks out on to beach and ballycotton bay. Or you could do church and drinks in Ballycotton and get buses to Ballymaloe house which 15mins from Ballycotton?

Got married in the falls hotel in Ennistymon, couldn't recommend it enough, they even filmed some of Father Ted there :D

Although it isn't on the sea so may not suit. The Armada in Spanish Point is on the sea and it looks stunning. These locations aren't exactly north east munster but they are lovely places and could take your numbers
