Anybody on here use them?? People rather them instead of local taxi drivers?? Any feedback is most welcome.

Rang them once waited a hour for a cab never rang them again and the girl i spoke to on the phone was pig ignorant!!

I've never had a no-show as Oliver1985 said and i've used them many times, no complaints. Other taxi companies have started offering the 20% off as well but 8202020 have the most mindshare.
Incidentally, I've also noticed that for journeys less than 8 euro on the meter it's cheaper to get a cab at the side of the road than to call 8202020, as the 2 euro callout fee eats into the discount
