My fiances nephew is in his final year of school in Lithuania and wants to do IT/Computers after. He wants to study outside of Lithuania and beacause he,s family here in Dublin wants to come here. How do you go about applying to colleges/university here from abroad or where can I fidn out the information on courses, applications, requirements etc.

check out www.cao.ie,if you contact them and the individual colleges they should have the info.
