    Any runners about? Available Tuesday mornings and Thursday mornings at 8. I've worked out a nice course. Feels 4-5 miles-ish!

    My Route:

    From the parking lot at the back of village, around river, around the astro turf, past S.U, Over Pat's Bridge, the back of Pats, back of piano tuition around the rugby pitch, around near dunboyne house, past the swimming pool, around the front of the college, back across the bridge, down the steps, right down as far as the Kilcock pedestrian crossing, back towards the sign saying NUI Maynooth, around and back past the astro turf, past river, back to village....

    Probably 4 miles... Sometimes I extend it.
