can anyone tell me i had an accident tonight the car in front was taking of and she jammed on her brakes my head light was smashed i understand i ran into her so its my fault what i just want to know is am i to notify with my insurance company i did say to her let me know what the damage will be or will she give me a bill…

the actual car damage was nothing to be honest the reg plate may have had a little scratch bumper was scratched already

any ideas pleas e
