Do you reckon the price of the desire will drop once the desire hd is out?

I don't know whether or not to go for it.

I would say its very unlikely it will decrease the price and if it does it probably wont be by much.

The desire HD is more a complementary product rather than a replacement for the desire. Some people would find the desire HD screen too big.

anyone know if there are any other android handsets going to be released soon?

Thinking about getting the Desire HD but if there is something better coming short term I might wait. Any ideas?

There will be new handsets early next year to coincide with the release of Android 3.0
