Professional Customer Survey

    Hi,

    My company are looking for a company to survery all our customers to find out where we are going right/wrong/etc...

    Does anyone know of any company that provides this service?

    Why don't you first use the online survey tool survey monkey - its free to survey 100 people & limited to 10 questions - brill to get immediate responses - then you can obtain the services of a research agency if you want to delve into an issue deeper.:)

    I would recommend Survey Monkey as well. Even if you don't have an e-mail database of your clients you can produce a paper survey, post it and then manually enter the results into Survey Monkey so you can then analyse your data.

    BTW the pro version of Survey Monkey is very cheap $300 annual sub. Well worth it.

    I much prefer calling clients to find out how they are and then ask them what they would like to see us focusing on as a business.

    If you don't have the time for this use Google Docs. It has a form option that is really good for doing market research.

    Market research firms are only for mass surveys. However, your business could have a massive client base if so scratch what I said. lol.
