Some time last year me and a friend went to a seminar in some Hotel done by the Rich Dad Poor dad company or foundation. Most people here signed up (for a few bob) for a second seminar on property investment which was held on a Saturday in a hotel in O'Connel Street. A few people at this second seminar signed up for what I thought was a very expensive course on property investment (dont remember could be 24K). On querying most people who signed up, it appeared most where happy with the price and most importantly, could afford to pay this kind of money for the course. A year on, I cant stop wondering how those who signed up are doing. If you are one of those or know someone who took this course, can you give me some feedback.

I think they are split evenly between Dundrum Mental Home and St. John of God's Hospital.
