My sister passed her driving test today and is of the opinion that she can now drive on motorways etc.

I told her that she has to wait untio she has the physical license in her hand before she's legally allowed and that the piece of paper doesn't allow this.

    Am I right or wrong?

She doesn't have a full license yet, she only has a cert that she has passed her test.

She has to submit this to get her full license.

I drove around with mine for a long time. As did a friend, who faxed his over to his insurance company, who accepted it as his licence.

It'd be a real cnut of a guard to not accept it, if she was pulled over.
