Seems that pretty much every room I go to, the flash players don't seem to work on the computers.

God forbid that a college with loads of media courses would actually be able to play any sort of media...

Is that too much to ask?

I only want to watch Rte feckin player...

Take some responsibility. Ask a lecturer to request it from computer services or if you dont feel happy to do that ask the SU to request it for you. If youre not happy theres a good chance others arent too.

In the same time it took you to type your complaint here you could have given it to da man! :D

Never mind flash, stable, reliable internet access is what's needed :) haven't noticed flash missing, but i agree, little things like that bug the hell out of me and i assume you can't install it yourself because you don't have admin access?

After my first year in the college i found the best approach to fixing IT problems is to carry around your own computer and your own broadband and assume nothing works. That way you're always covered :p

Perhaps take a portable browser (http://portableapps.com/) with you?

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, try Firefox instead.

Doesn't work on either Firefox or Internet explorer.

It's works in the library, but then that means I have to save my essays etc and then go to a computer lab to print (as I am a stingy bastard).
