Hi all, I'm getting the below message every time I try to login to my hotmail. I'm afraid its a scam so have done nothing yet. Can anyone please help me.

If you havent logged on in a while, Microsoft updated the security, terms and conditions and added new features to hotmail. Every account has had this pop up for inactive accounts over 2 months, as well as some older accounts that didnt have the security update
