I'm looking to get into some kind of management/business consultancy role. I'm CIMA qualified and working in a financial role.

I've helped one of my friends with business start-ups and have always been interested in helping companies setting up or reviewing the company to help them (in whatever way I can).

Anyone have any advice? I wouldn't mind doing this to supplement my income at the moment (all above board of course).

Would you consider applying to one of the management consulting firms?
