Hi Everyone I'm looking into trying out nordic walking/hiking. Does anyone know if there are classes or groups I could join in Galway for beginners. I've looked online but can't seem to find anything in the Galway area. Thanks

Before anyone thinks it's to do with blondes and boobs Nordic walking is walking with poles, to train your upper body too.
