    Regarding a possible investment in a gutted two story terraced house on a busy road how would i go about getting an accurate quote to bring it up to code with the intention of renting to students before making an offer for the property? as the property is just basically a shell could someone give a rough idea of the investment needed? located in a suburb of dublin. if three similar joined units were to be refurbished together would that result in much savings for each property or would it basically work out the same as doing one unit at a time?
