Ok 3 years ago I met a stranger and I sucked him off, now i have done nothing in three years, no sex at all until now and I am just wondering could I have an STD and not know? I have being in hospital many times but with a LTI I have over the years and must of had a hundred or so blood tests done, could it have showed in them? It just sometimes my underpants tend to fill with precum and my penis can sometimes be stuck to them and it can be yellowish in color sometimes but this has happened before i was sexually active and only happens now very rarely??? help

Any advice you get here wouldn't be medical advice. Go to a doctor and get an STI test done, and then you'll know.

Yeh i would but I don't think the GP does them? I assumed you had to go to an STI clinic in James's hospital? Are the results instant?

I think that if you picked up an STI at some stage in the past then the infection may still be in your system, and potentially be passed on to any partners you have had since.
I think there is usually a wait time of a few days for test results. In the case of screening for an non-specific STI they do a pretty comprehensive screening and this takes some time.
    Go get checked out.
    Good luck.

Gay men's health clinic at Baggot St Hospital give free tests. No harm getting checked out, and you can ask the doctor there about the other problem you have.

you can go to the Gay Men's Health Service clinic as well www.gaymenshealthservice.ie

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Most GP's do STI tests, 60 to 120 euro price range. Results are not instant.

You can go to the GMHP, James' or a local hospital if you've from outside the Dublin region (not any hospital, only some specific ones) for a free test.
