    Hey guys/girls,

Just wondering if anyone can reccomend or name manufacturers of full metal m4's / HK416's and if you can link them? Ehobbyasia has a bunch of AEG's that look like they're trying to be m4's but don't seem quite right.

Has to be the standard barrel length (not CQB) and prefereably comes with RIS or is able to have 3rd party RIS put on.

Also, is it possible to put a PEQ battery box onto an aeg without one? (assuming its forward wired and has RIS)

    Thanks,

    Fireborn

Your price range determines everything, really. If you're looking at less than €200, forget it. The heady days of €150 M4's are a distant memory these days.
Give a price range and you might get a more accurate range of suggestions.

As for the PEQ box, you can fit one of those to whatever you want. Like you said, once it's forward wired and has some rail space, that's all you need. If you don't have either, it's not hard to have them modded/installed.

King Arms do full metal M4's. But they go for 350ish from what I've seen. I have a king arms myself and its excellent, but being full metal, the arms get tired after a while. :) Hobby do king arms, you could ask on their thread in the retailers section. But like Dex said, your price range will determine what's available to you.

Hmmmm, I was hoping for between 200 and 300 for the AEG and upgrades. Maybe i need to re-evaluate how important an all metal body is.

Which would be the best quality/cost balanced m4 out there? (in your opinions) even including plastic bodied ones.

    Cheers,

Well my current M4 is my first, but one of the lads has a KWA M4 and its pretty good also. But that may be up in the 300 area aswell.

I have heard that the G&G Raider is a pretty solid piece, not full metal though, as far as I am aware. But unless you are really set on full metal, it's not too bad. I think the rails are metal, but the receiver is plastic. It is I believe a crane stock battery.

The shorty version as you can see in the link below is 250, in Eirsoft.

You could also take a look at the Adverts section, you can find some excellent deals in there.
