My graduate contract with my company finishes next week.

I haven't recevied a new contract yet nor will I ask them as I want to leave. I think they may have forgotten about me. My plan is to keep working till they ask me to sign a new contract and then leave.

My question is if i'm out of contract and continue to work away can the company turn round try and take the money back off me (which i earned during the period after my contract) as i wasn't working under contract?
