One of our buddies just got 3rd round in Cork so we have a room available in a great 2storey terraced house in good area. €400 p/m includes heating & elect. Very near St. Pats, DCU nad Mater Dei and the city centre. 2 bathrooms, bath, 2 showers, kitchen with all amenities and washing machine. TV with cable.

Existing students are Trinity & St. Pats - very friendly and easy going guys. Looking forward to hearing from you.
