Does anyone know of any spinning classes in City Centre or South Dublin area held over the next few months, a triathlon specific one would be brilliant. Would need to be a morning session if possible cos of work in the evenings :(

Zest Fitness in Bray are doing triathlon specific spinning classes. Did them last year and they were great. Starting soon in the evening...I think 8pm

Keiser Bikes - very nice to use and fully adjustable. The classes start with core contitioning, then onto the bike. only 10 in the class which is nice.
