    Seeking one student to let a room in an apartment in Gracepark Manor, Drumcondra, Dublin 9. This is a luxury apartment located in a secure facility with security gates and an underground car-park. VERY close to DCU and St. Pats and easily accessible from city center. It is a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, closet and very spacious living/kitchen area. Fully furnished besides a bed but I have one available for purchase. Rooms are very spacious and easily fit a bed, desk and wardrobe.

    2 male students currently confirmed for the premises, one attending Trinity and the other DIT.
