what bank ? most accounts are free for students and graduates.

There are no transaction fees or maintenance fees for a Graduate Account.

All the info you need is here.

I assume that the fees mentioned are for the regular personal account for those who don't take advantage of free banking. I suppose they are telling you this now, as your Graduate account will automatically convert to a regular account after a set time (think it's still 18 months - was when I was on it)
